while using our mq303 alcohol sensor,we gave 5v to pin 1 and ground to pin 3 and left the circuit run for 24 hours as sensor requires 48 hours preheating. but now we have a doubt whether the voltage to be given is 0.9 v, as in datasheet it is given as 5v is circuit voltage and .9v is heater voltage. so if we were wrong how harmful it will be for the sensor?below is the right circuit connection for the sensor

Yes, you should not apply voltage more than that given in the datasheet
