Compiler and Header files

I am a beginner in learning PIC programming.  

 

I want to know about the compiler used for pic programs given in engineersgarage.

 

Moreover headerfiles are missing in the given program.

 

Can anyone tell me the solution please?

Hi,

There may be a different compilers used by the different project developers.

you can either MICROC , MPLAB.. These two IDE's to develop a code. As beginner you can pick up one look to tutorials how programming is developed in compilers. By that u can able to code by your own on which project you want to work on.
