I have completed almost everything related to the project "Celsius scale
digital thermometer using 8051 microcontroller (AT89C51)"  listed on this
    site @   —>    http://www.engineersgarage.com/microcontroller/8051projects/celsius-fahrenheit-scale-thermometer-AT89C51-circuit.

I have purchased an AVR & 8051 ISP Programer to program the AT89C51  IC.
Now, after researching a lot about the "Chip enable program error" that i get
again and again,  I have learnt that this programmer cannot program the
AT89C51  IC and instead I have to use AT89SXXX microcontroller IC.

I just want to know if i can use the AT89S52 (which luckily i have) in place
of the AT89C51 without altering anything in the listed (link above) project circuit and the
    program code or not ?
I am very desperately waiting to confirm just this.
    Kindly help me…Please…
    Thanks & Regards
