hi i want program for accident detection and messaging system using arduino

in this i want to use

arduino uno

vibration sensor module

lcd 16*2

buzzer

GPS

GSM

i need these conditions when every accident happens buzzer should make sound and  it need to send sms having accident happened at the  location(latitude and longitude)  to a particular person and for every 20 min it should send sms of the vechile location for another person
