Building an Underwater Rover

Hello Sir,

I am Shashank Jain, a final year mechanical engineering student from Sir Padampat Singhania Universtity , Udaipur(Raj.). I am working on a project in which i am fabricating an Underwater Rover. I am stuck in the electronics part of the project. My idea is to take the rover underwater to the depth of 25 m . What i am thinking is to use a RC (Radio Controlled) system. I want to know whether it would work under the water or not. and if yes how can i provide the insulation so as water doesn not distrupt the system. i am also looking for all the equipments related to the project. so if you could tell me , where will all the equipments be available.
