BQ2057 battery charger IC not charging the battery

Hi,

We are using BQ2057 as battery charger in our application. Attached fig for your reference.

Now, the problem is battery is not charging, even charging current present.

Kindly suggest on this.

Adap 9V/2A

Bat 7.4V/1500mA

                         Connection from BQ2057 to MOSFET
