pls somebody tell me how to give supply to the circuit , wether it need 2 seperate DC supply ? How come the ic741 produces pulses to ic4071 when it is powered with noramal 9v DC battery?

Can you more specific about the problem, On which circuit you are referring, give the circuit or the link of this project???
