Automatic 3.7 v Li ion battery charger circuit

Hi all,
I’ve a adapter which has 10v across its terminals. With this I have to construct a circuit so it can be used to charge a 3.7v li ion battery & charging gets stopped automatically when the battery is fully charged. While charging a red led will glow & in full charge condition green led will glow.
