ardrino design using video function

I am thinking to use ardrino and then connect to video capture, I want to create a basic IOT function,

so I want to use an external video FIFO DRAM to store frame, and then through ardrino to get data,

is there any suggestion about video FIFO DRAM and ardrino?

I heard of some makers such as IDT,CYPRESS, AVERLOGIC they have FIFO DRAM but I don't 

know details performance and capability, if there is suggestion please tell me.
