Can we make ALE pin of 89c51/52 low or high through program?

I need to use Port 0 as data only,can anyone help? If some code is available pls upload.

You cannot make the ALE pin of the microcontroller you want to use, high or low. you can make it high or low for some other microcontroller. What exactly are you trying to do?
