adc problem??

Guyz im making a colour sensor,here ive used three photoresistor as sensor .now i wanted know how should i store the analog value in ADC0808 which i would interface micro controller(At89s52).and compare the analogue readings,im using C language and programming using keil.can you suggest an tutorial.

use this digital circuit given in link below.. . u dont need to mess with ADC.. 

u can interface this circuit directly to microcontroller.. use opto coupler for secure interfacing….
