can somebody give me circut diagram of 7805 voltage regulator and which oscillator do I use

No oscillator need to be used. Just give positive input to pin no. 1, ground to pin no. 2 and you will get regulated 5v output from pin no.3. No external components required !!

download datasheet of 78xx series voltage regulators and see the reference circuit inside
