96V to 12V DCDC Converter

This is for a micro-grid project, which is being installed,we need fifteen 96V to 12V DCDC converters, 5A. So, What will be your valuable suggestion? (After cost Analysis)
1) Buying it from the vendors?
If yes, Please provide me details of some vendors.

or

2) Designing it?
if yes, Please provide me the details of the design.
