8×8 Matrix Design

Hi to all

I’m looking for help on designing a 8×8 matrix display like the one in proteus i have really tried on my own but just cant get it right in multisim 13 component design. Any help will be appreciated.

I have made it just with normal leds but it takes a month of sundays to work as it has 328 leds in sections of 8×8.

If there is a spice model available where can i obtain it.
