what is the problem in downloading program?

you just check out pins on 89C51 and use same pins on 89C51AC2. there should not be any changes.

using ir sensor

such that my ir sensor connected to 8051 and with

so, that when when my ir sensor feel some object
we get update just like(people counter)

and i want to connect that at895c1 with computer

via communication…..

Which software are you using to download the program? It must be showing some error dialogue after programing failure, please copy paste the same here, so that we can have a better idea about the issue.

your project is very simple. you can make it without micro-controller also. 

the output of sensor can be directly given to any decade counter like 4033 / 4026 etc.

that it count every update and and show on my pc…….

you can not directly connect IR sensor with PC

you have to use any micro controller in between that will count sensor pulses and give it serially to PC through UART
