sir i am using 8051 microcontroller, but as u know its ouput current is very low,we can't use as it is
can u tell me how i can amplify its current and voltage……….i need a output of around 20V an 1A

    Hi

For such cases, where high current and voltage are needed, I make use of BJTs/MOSFETs. Make them work like a switch (trasistor as a switch).

For this you can use high medium viltage so that you do without any problem. This voltage make more comfortable to this technique.
