8051
8-8bit controller(Data BUS)
0-Romless device(except 8051,8052 has internal ROM) but 8031 other are dont have Internal ROM
5-5 interrupts(INT0,TF0,INT1,TF1,TI+RI)

1-Serial Communication(8-bit UART)
