6 line control relay with ultra slim package.

Please help me on this

I need some info about relay, which should have 6 lines “NO” (Normal Open) PINs,

I mean I want to control 6 lines (signal) using single relay
And also it should be ultra slim package (I mean relay size)

If above component is not available, please suggest me which component I can use for the same.

(Actually I need 100% isolation for ON/OFF the 6 lines and there should not be any interference like, leakage current, etc,)

Please suggest me.
