you need two 8051 microcontrollers
one at the computer and
one on the robot
at the pc side you need to work on serial communication between pc and 8051 using serial port(UART)
connect an RF module through HT12E
to 8051.
connect a RF receiver through HT12D to the 8051 on the robot
