yes there are IC’s with 8051 | Microcontroller › 8051 › 8051 USB interfacing › yes there are IC’s with 8051 February 28, 2011 at 5:53 am #5632 dagakshayParticipant yes there are IC’s with 8051 architecture avilable which has inbuilt usb check out cypress semiconductor’s Ez-USB family., its instruction sets are compatible with 8051 you can use keil software for that… you can check AN21xx (EZ-USB), CY7C646xx (EZ-USB-FX) or CY7C68013 (EZ-USB-FX2).
