use TDA2003 if this is not avaiable then use darlington pair instead…

TDA200X used here to increase transmission power..using darlington pair could decrease range of IR , 

use IR rx that has 3 pin,,(+,- and signal ) like K4, TSOP1738 ,,

they are very much sensitive rxs,

still u will manage to cover almost 10 M distance…
