HI Habib,

By using multimeter first find out, that which wire connect with Jack (Jack have three segments) find the each wire for each jack. Then put the Jack in connecter and again with multimeter check the wire with the connector Pins(you have six pins). you will get 3 pins that  is connected with the Jack.

 

in multimeter use continuty checking.
