ok. i just built the protoboard however i’m having a strage issue. it works fine. but when it gets TOO dark. it goes back out. i think the relay may be the issue. its a TINY SMD type. and i dont think it supports the 240ma i’m trying to drive. so i tried “bypassing it” while it was installed. that ended in tragity as every single LED got blown.
i’m ordering a tridiginal mechanical 1 amp relay that switches with only 1.5v hopefully this will fix the issue
