just check ur circuit works | Electronics › Electronics › 7805 Voltage Regulator › just check ur circuit works June 5, 2014 at 7:36 am #11799 Ashutosh BhattParticipant just check ur circuit works or not? is it like ur circuit needs exact 5 V not even 0.3 V less. how ever the reason behind this is ur circuit is sinking more current then 7805 can source. this is normal and usual.
