I’ve assembled this circuit successfully the Seven Segment display shows 0000 too. But it does not increment or decrement value when i place an obstacle over the IR Transmitter and Receiver pair . Given that the display shows 0000 means that the program code executed successfully and other half of circuit is fine.
Along the sensor input ive used a 20k preset tuned it into 10k also similarly used a 20k tuned it into 4.7k . The receiver is a simple blue colored receiver pair for IR similar to the IR Led two legged .
I’m not sure where am i going wrong help me out.
