if ur everything is working fine then why to wait for program code?
u can make it ur own. its very simple. u have to go step by step.
first on transmitter side
1) try to take input from all 3 ch of ADC
2) display them on LEDs
3) based on input received send different codes like 01h, 02h, etc to HT12E
on receiver side
1) pole for any code received on port P2
2) when you get any code like 01h, 02h etc rotate motors to move robot forward, reverse etc.
