Hi Pankaj,
No need of two ADCs. Suggest you to use ADC0808, which has 8 analog input channels. You can easily select any one channel at a time.
Connect the LDR and LM35 into two seperate channels and read any one of them at a time by selecting the required channel, using channel selection pins.
