RPM is not the only thing that you should take care of. The weight to power ratio of the motor is more important. You can increase the RPM several times using a gear mechanism provided that the motor should have enough power to run at normal speed with that gear setup.
Inshort you need a motor that has lot of power and reasonably small weight.
