Hi Luji,
It is a three pin device with a +VCC pin and GROUND pin and a voltage out pin. If you supply 5V TO LM35 temperature sensor you will get the voltage equivalent of the temperature. For example if the voltage is 35 degrees the output from the LM35 will be 0.35volts.
It can be easily interfaced with any of the analog pins of the Arduino board.
