Hey SureshKumar,

 

One of the ways to figure out which wires form one phase of the motor is check for resistance using a multimeter.

 

For a bipolar stepper, you will get resistance between two wires which will be of one of the coils in the motor.

 

If there are 6 wires, one common pin will show small resistance compared to other pins.
