 In  that  go to  advanced  option.

 In  that  go  to hardware  config.

By  default  “Use  DTR and  RTS  to control RST  and  PSEN”   is  already  marked.  Unmark  it  and  then  try

Also  take  care  of  device  selection  and  baud rate  etc.

 

Start  flashing  your  controller.
