go to tools then terminal…set lowest baud rate then in terminal window. keep pressing U from keyboard and then power on your 8051 board..
if in terminal window controller sends same character back to you then its bootloader is ok of your board ..
now close terminal window then select your hex file and program.
Always try with lowest baud rate as possible.
TRY with O, & F key if U Not worked..
